Monthly Coaching Agreement
We are pleased that you have selected Bryce Root to assist you with the following project:
Scope of Work
Bryce Root agrees to perform the following services for your business as set forth below:

Fees
In connection with the performance of services described above, you agree to pay to Bryce Root the following fees:
Conditions to Our Performance of Services
In order for Bryce Root to perform services for you in an effective and efficient manner, you agree to:
Provide all information and documentation that Bryce Root may request from you or that may otherwise be useful to him in connection with the performance of services; and Immediately advise Bryce Root of any changes to your operations or other information that may require a change in the scope or particulars of the services.
If you want to increase or decrease the scope of the services described above, or want to add additional services, Bryce Root requires that any such changes be mutually agreed to in writing..
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Bryce Root harmless from all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, obligations, liabilities, damages, recoveries and deficiencies, including interest, penalties and attorneys’ / professionals’ fees and costs, that the other may incur as a result of a breach of any term or representation contained in this Agreement by you or its agents or assigns, or your business’s implementation of the projects listed in the previous Scope of Work section provided to you and your business from Bryce Root.
Warranty
Bryce Root’s services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Bryce Root further assumes no responsibility for, and makes no warranties or guarantees for its service, consulting or strategies.
Termination
This agreement will continue until completion of the services, unless terminated earlier by either party. If cancelling service, you will be required to notify us at bryceroot@rootgroupmarketing.com five (5) business days prior to your next month's billing date, in order to not be charged for the following month.
Independent Contractor Status
You understand that you are engaging Bryce Root as an independent contractor. This agreement is not intended to create any partnership, joint venture, co-ownership, agency, or employment relationship between us. Unless Bryce Root specifically agrees to, in writing, Bryce Root will not act for you as your agent or make commitments for you or on your behalf.
Miscellaneous
This agreement shall only be amended upon the written approval of both parties. You are not permitted to assign your rights, duties, or obligations under this agreement to any other party without Bryce Root's prior written consent.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bryce Root with respect to the performance of the services set forth above. This agreement supersedes any previous agreements between these parties relating to the performance of these services.

- Monthly Marketing Coaching Program – In each month's one hour marketing strategy session, we will mutually work together in devising an action plan for achieving your overall business and marketing goals.
Scope of Work
Bryce Root agrees to perform the following services for your business as set forth below:
Monthly Marketing Coaching Program
- Deliverable: A one hour marketing strategy planning session.
- Project turnaround: One hour each month. You and Bryce Root will schedule each monthly session, but it is up to you to officially schedule this session with Bryce Root each month.
- Final product: You will participate in an interactive planning and strategy session with the responsibility of taking note of direction, strategy and implementation logistics that are recommended to you.
Fees
In connection with the performance of services described above, you agree to pay to Bryce Root the following fees:
- Fee of $249.00 ($149.00 for non-profits) for one hour of marketing strategy consultation.
- Any additional time beyond the one hour session shall be billed beginning 15 minutes into the next subsequent hour in increments of 30 minutes based on the rate of $249.00 per hour.
- Before this session with Bryce Root shall begin, you will need to agree to the details included on this page.
- This fee of $249.00 ($149.00 for non-profits) shall be paid to Bryce Root prior to the initial one hour coaching session. Subsequent months' payments will be automatically charged to a credit card that you keep on file on the monthly anniversary of your initial sign up. You are free to cancel at any time. If cancelling service, you will be required to notify us at bryceroot@rootgroupmarketing.com five (5) business days prior to your next month's billing date, in order to not be charged for the following month.
